Lead planning, design, and architecture of Bell's data streaming vision and on-premise-to-cloud Kafka migration. Coordinate cross-functional Bell and CGI teams, maintain EDP Kafka infrastructure, drive incident resolution, and mentor team members.
Technology evangelist for Kafka, Agile, OpenShift, security, and DevOps adoption. Led Kafka SRE team architecture and support. Spearheaded application modernization through microservices, virtualization, and containerization across critical systems.
Managed the National Network Operation Center and directed corporate network expansion to 100+ sites. Led three major OS migrations from Solaris to Windows NT and Windows XP, ensuring business continuity through the Ice Storm, Y2K, and 9/11 events.
Established one of Bell's first PC networks using Banyan VINES and expanded it from a dozen workstations to 250 workstations and 5 servers — laying the foundation for the organization's network infrastructure growth.
